MX4 Bootcamp

This is perfect for any busy woman that needs to fit a total body workout in a tight schedule! The MX4 Small Group Training Course, addresses multiple aspects of fitness — cardio, power, strength and endurance. Our Personal Trainers will set up and program a dynamic small group class that integrates functional training tools including TRX suspension trainer, Dynamax soft shell medicine ball, flat circular bands, kettlebells, landmine and battle ropes.

ConqHER Barre

ConqHER Barre is a fun and empowering class set to today's hottest music and combines Pilates, yoga and ballet moves to give you beautiful, sculpted, lean muscles- without the impact and injuries dancers endure. Classes begin with a warm up focusing on postural strength and alignment, followed by a series of upper body exercises using light weights. The ballet barre is used to sculpt the lower body, abs and for flexibility training.

LesMills BodyAttack

BODYATTACK is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories* and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

LesMills BodyPump

BODYPUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. BODYPUMP is available as either a 55, 45 or 30-minute workout.

LesMills RPM

RPM is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session*. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

RPM is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement. You can draw on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!

LesMills BodyFlow

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYFLOW® is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.

During BODYFLOW an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Core Pilates

Condition your core and more while building whole body strength without the bulk. Focus on abdominals, hips, and back (aka your “powerhouse”). This classic Pilates class emphasizes precise body alignment & mental focus for a refreshing mind/body workout resulting in improved posture, strength, and flexibility. All levels welcome!
